I’ve tried to make ordering as easy as possible for you. Simply click the pink Order Now button at top of each page. And the form walks you through the process. It’s quick & easy and includes an area to provide any additional info you’d like me to know. And of course if you have any questions, please reach out. I’m here for you.

Due to the customized nature of this type of art, I will review your order and send an itemized invoice within 48 business hours of an order.

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, money order, cash, or check.

Of course. Gift cards are pretty common here and I offer a variety of options to fit your needs. Click here for easy, safe & secure online ordering.

Gift cards may be the best option if you are gifting an original art piece for someone else and want them involved in the design process.

That’s okay. Artwork is personal. I can work with you. I recommend a gift certificate in either a fixed amount OR you can give it to the person for an entire piece (without them knowing the price). Then they can pick exactly what they want; they initiate the design process and are involved throughout; and they make the final approval on the design.

Great question. A lot of people will only provide you a digital file for you to find a printer, framer, etc. That is NOT what happens here. You will get actual artwork signed, printed and ready to hang. No framing or mounting needed. You have two options for traditional artwork. You can either receive a gallery-wrapped canvas print with a hidden wooden frame OR a vinyl foam-core print mounted inside a vintage window frame. Both options are gallery-quality printing and will not yellow over time. OR how about turning your art piece into a metal sign?! Yes, I do that too. You can choose to have it clean & modern or weathered & vintage.

In addition to your amazing custom artwork, you also will receive a digital file for social media announcements if you’d like to show friends/family your new artwork.

Absolutely. The base price is for 1 featured person or animal but you can add features for an additional fee. Just keep in mind the size of your art piece and how much room there is for all the elements. I will advise you if I think the quantity of elements is starting to negatively impact your design.

Yes you can pick the general color scheme and specify the main color you would like to feature at time of the order.

You are also involved in providing the images that I work from for the features. And I include meaningful quotes and names, if desired. If you have something special you’d like to request, just let me know and I can usually accommodate.

Yes, I am happy to customize your piece with your desired elements. No additional charge for adding names or special quotes, if desired.

Absolutely! I will always send a proof and get approval on the final design before sending to be printed.

All original pieces are yours and only yours. Each piece is designed uniquely to your specifications and are not offered for sale to the general public.

Yes you can. I understand the need to have duplicates for friends & family. Discounts for prints are provided with the same level of quality as the original. And the more prints you order at the same time, the bigger the discount. How cool is that?!

Another option that some people are doing is to have a traditional print AND a metal sign of the same artwork. Yes, you can do that too!

Note: Copies are only provided with the expressed, written consent from owner of the original.

You have options to fit a variety of needs and can pick whether it is horizontal, vertical, or square as well. Metal signs can also be a custom shape. Standard sizes are listed for you when you order the gallery-wrapped canvas piece. If ordering a vintage window frame piece, then you will be notified of size after ordering based on availability of vintage window sizes.

After payment is received and cleared, most designs are at the approval stage within 2 weeks. It takes approximately an additional 2 weeks for printing and shipping.

Note: Keep in mind that timing is all dependent on art for others in process at the time of your order. After payment is received I put you on the calendar and let you know of tentative deadlines for the design phase.

Rush design, printing, and shipping can be provided for an additional fee but need to be identified at the time of order.

Yes absolutely. These metal signs are meant to be indoors or outdoors. It will not rust but may get a little discoloration around the nail/screw holes if you use hanging hardware that rusts. There is also a protective coating available to help your sign last if you opt to add it when ordering. Even without the protective coating, your sign should last at least 5 years outdoors in the weather with minimal, proper care.

So good news/bad news depending on what you are wanting… the metal art sign is made from no rust aluminum. I do offer each design in either a weathered/vintage look OR clean/modern style. The vintage look will have “rust” areas printed but no actual rust or messiness to deal with and clean.

No these are not posters that you need to mount and frame. Prints/copies come in the same professional printing & mounting options as the originals, whether these are traditional canvas art or metal sign art. Prints are not custom pieces though instead you have a selection of unique designs by me that were not done specifically for one client.

No original, commissioned piece will ever be a print without specific written permission by that owner/client. An owner is consider the person who placed the artwork order and commissioned the look of the piece, regardless of who now has possession of the artwork.

Yes, each original piece is signed and dated [year]. Canvas prints are also signed and dated but are NOT numbered at this time unless specified otherwise in the description. Metal signs are offered with or without the signature/date. It is up to you.

I handle everything for you. Shipping in continental US is included for many items. And outside continental US can be arranged for additional fee. If you have special needs, just let me know.

Yes, I’m happy to ship directly to your recipient. I will let you know when it has shipped. And I’ll provide a digital copy of the final design for you to see.

You have the option to send all gift cards directly to your recipient via email or the electronic gift card can come to you for you to give.

If you are not doing a gift card but would still like a gift announcement emailed to your recipient, I am happy to send a general announcement or even one that shows the actual design announcing that a package will arrive soon.

Well, luckily that hasn’t happened yet… 🤞🏻 but satisfaction is guaranteed. I will do my best to be as open and upfront throughout the process and will seek feedback as we go along. If an error was made in the printing or shipping, then we will make it right.

Since we are dealing with original art, it really depends on when you are canceling. The earlier in the process the more of the refund I am able to provide. Please keep in mind that hours of work goes into making each piece. It is best to contact me and let’s discuss the circumstances for needing to cancel and see if we can find a resolution.
